Clinical Psychology Training Program
The Psychology Practicum Training Program at Cambridge Health Alliance offers advanced-practicum training for advanced graduate students in psychology. CHA will apply for practicum trainees to be appointed as Clinical Fellows at Harvard Medical School, which requires the applicant to have attained a master’s degree. This would provide the appointee with access to university libraries, athletic facilities, and other benefits. Please note final appointment decisions are made at the discretion of Harvard Medical School.
Practicum Training Program in Psychology applications are accepted between December 12 and end-of-day January 5.

Testing Experience
A list of all psychological tests the applicant knows how to administer, score, and interpret.
-
Psychological Testing Report
The testing report should concern a patient the applicant has interviewed and assessed, themselves. If the only relevant material an applicant has to present is a report written about a patient, fictitious or otherwise, whose clinical and/or testing data were provided by a course instructor as part of a class assignment, this report must be clearly labeled as such. The report must start with an explicit statement regarding the presentation being a classroom assignment for which the applicant did not meet with the patient, and specifying exactly what parts of the report were supplied by the course instructor.
-
Case Presentation
This is only required for the Adolescent Inpatient track. An optimal case report begins with either an intake evaluation or a similar biopsychosocial evaluation that includes a mental status exam, diagnostic assessment, case formulation, and treatment recommendations, and continues with a description of the treatment that followed. We are interested in an example of assessing, diagnosing, conceptualizing, and treating a psychotherapy patient.
